Walter Rossi Walter Rossi was born in Italy on the sixteenth of May 1951 north of Rome, in a small village called Fiuminata. When he was five years old, his family moved to Rome where Walter grew up and got his doctorate in architecture with Bruno Zevi from Rome University. Afterwards, he moved to London where he married Caila Rossi and together they moved to New York and have been there ever since. Unfortunately, Walter lost his wife Caila in January 2007.
